Sierra, a quiet 17 year old girl who only has one friend, Taylor (her best friend), with nobody else that pays attention to her, goes to Oakland High School, in Heilwood, Pennsylvania. She has light blue eyes, auburn hair, wears glasses, and is partially deaf in her right ear. One day, while she is walking home from school, she starts to hear voices in her head. What these new voices (that only she can hear) say will change her mind about being the quiet type.All Rights Reserved

Lindsay goes through a lot of difficult situations from her mom's boyfriend, to her friend's dad, to her mom moving, to her moving with dad, to moving schools, to transferring back and losing one of her best friends. Lindsay begins to lose hope, and she begins to get really depressed to the point she feels like suicide is all that's left. She turns to drugs, alcohol, and self-harm. Feeling as if no one cares, she begins to plan her suicide. She does fine in school in hopes that it will keep the attention away from her actions.
