After Emma Caverly moves to London to get her music out with many record companies, she faces many obstacles on her way to becoming a songwriter. She decides to take matters into her own hands when she realizes the only way to get her where she wants to go is herself. Then, she collides with one of Britain's biggest boy-band members, Harry Styles. Before Harry meets Emma outside of Syco, he has been put on probation for his rapid occurrences in the press. Once Emma catches Harry's attention, she soon signs a deal to work with One Direction on their fourth album. As time passes, they both embark on a fast-paced but beneficial friendship filled with confession, laughter and chords, facing as well as creating rivals and allies along the way. But what happens when Harry wants more out of his relationship with Emma, besides harmonies and piano keys?
