Flames of Fate

Humanity believes in the three fates. While they are not wrong, they are also not right.

There are many of us. Many of us who work in teams of three, sealing the lives of those you know and those you've never met. I am one such fate, part of an elite trio assigned to exceptional cases.

And this is my story.

A story of being a rising star in not only an industry, but a family; the story of a decision that alters not only my being fast-tracked for command, but also my expected life-span. This is my story; the story of how I am fated to die in mere weeks, and how things took such a turn for the worse.
