Blake Lanter couldn't believe his luck when Crystal Grey fell into his arms. She was different from any other girl he had encountered at King High. Her eyes held a depth that intrigued him, and her fiery spirit was a stark contrast to the usual crowd he surrounded himself with.

As Crystal regained her composure, Blake couldn't help but flash his signature smirk. "Well, well, look who just stumbled into my world. You okay there, princess?" he teased, though there was a glint of genuine concern in his eyes.

Crystal distanced herself from him, her cheeks tinged with embarrassment. "I'm perfectly capable of handling things on my own." she asserted, flicking away imaginary specks of dust from her clothes.
