Sam and Dean Winchester, two of the deadliest and successful hunters in North America, are faced with the assignment given to them by the British Men of Letters to hunt and capture a hybrid Alpha that they created.  What they don't know, however, is this Alpha is not only an old friend, but an old flame to one of the boys - One who was thought to be dead for 15 years.
