Tara and Lilly Chambler have learned over the years that blood is thicker than water. They made their decisions at the prison. Now that the prison is destroyed and everyone they'd been with is dead, they're roughing it on their own. But with the death of her daughter Lilly seems to be slowly sinking into insanity.
