When I auditioned for the show, I meant to be the lead role. The producer really liked me but they found someone better for the part. I wasn't good for any other part in the show, so they wanted me to be a role in the background. I was fine with that instead of nothing.
I knew I was going to be some lame person in the background, but when I found out I was going to be with the most beautiful girl, I got extremely excited. 
She was the girl I was going to hold hands with down the halls and hopefully... kiss.
