The Nine-Tailed Man

In an alternate dimension, Subject 541 is the result of an experiment involving the Nine-Tails DNA, resulting in the growth of his fox ears and nine fox tails. After years of obedience under Orochimaru, he is rewarded the name "Jun", meaning "obedience".
