Meet Ray. An incredibly intelligent and talented child prodigy. You would think her life must be so marvelous, after all not every 14 year old has a bachelor's degree in psychology. However, Ray lives with her aunt because her mom abandoned her for some guy, she's has only recently made her first friend ever, and her mom shows up time after time to harass her. As if that wasn't enough, to top it all of, after an accident, Ray was sucked into an alternate dimension where her alternative self (who is a guy mind you) is also being harassed. Except this time by a crazy power hungry lunatic, and it is up to her to help the other Ray. Join Ray as she weaves in and out of dimensions unexpectedly, trying to help her alternative self (who, as she believes, is quite dense) while also trying her best to help herself. Embark on a journey where a broken girl oh so willingly uses her knowledge of the human brain to assists others and their problems, while also trying to come to face with her own.

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. No to quote Alex Hirsch but "too scary for babies, too dumb for adults, perfect...for you" fun for the whole family if your families are fine with reading "fuck" aka swearing and some light horror If there's anything big happening you'll get a disclaimer infront of the chapter, otherwise just be aware this contains a couple of swear words, quite a few darker topics (politics gone wrong, mental health, trauma ect) so maybe watch out for those too. Also occasional descriptions of violence, but the first few chapters are pretty tame so for now there's nothing to worry about. unless ur worrying about curse words cause they will be there, usually. This is book 1 of a (most likely) trilogy. why it takes so long to upload?
