Sixteen Year Old Morris Weathers moves to Sweet Maple Pines after his Dad is fired. Ironically, The town they move to is known for " Grandmas Best Homemade Pie Recipe". Sweet hot crust with fruit fillings. If only Morris wasn't allergic to them. To top off being surrounded by hundreds of pie makers and pie eaters, the townsfolk of Sweet Maple Pines are acting anxiously weird. Growing more persistent with giving Morris pies. Something's wrong in Pleasantville and it just got a whole lot sweeter.
