Conner and Murphy have just escaped the Hoag and were reunited with all their friends that have aided them in the past. Smecker has a plan to bring the brother's crime rate to a whole new level. With the help of Russian sisters Chesna and Nadiya, who always know how to get on the brother's last nerve, they will go deep into the heart of the Russian mob. Along the way they will change the government's views on their actions. The will not only eliminate the Russian Crime Syndicate in Boston, but they will take a real bite out of crime in other major cities.
