We live in a age of freaks and geeks with technology galore. You would think that Paras would be worried about being found out, and most are, but they aren't as well hidden as they might think. 
Sarah is a 25 year old with a keen knowledge that Paras exist. She just doesn't plan on telling anyone and hopes no one ever find out that she dose.
