The key word here is had. The whole zombie apocalypse happened and her life went downhill from there. One single mess up and she was dead forced to wander around as a memory, a ghost.

This story is a zombie story however there will probably not be a lot of blood or gore.
The first few chapters are short and the writing isn't the best. I'm trying to make my writing better and pushing myself to write longer chapters (wow could it get anymore cheesy I think not). It would mean a lot if you stuck with it.

The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings.
