The A.R.C.

The A.R.C (At Risk Center), is a look into a fictional modern day government facility for juvenile criminals. It is not a prison or detention center, rather a community of trained government employees working to rehabilitate the youth through an assistance program. Most of the youth don't want help and fight the program at all cost through physical and verbal violent aggressive behaviors aimed towards the staff, other youth and sometimes themselves.
The story will be written ongoing through scenes added periodically. The story will contain violence, strong language and adult situations.
