Crystal Reiter is one of 1000 people around the world that have raylux (or magic) in them.  Each person has a different power.  Hers is the ability to have all the qualities of water.  She enrolls in a school with people just like her to learn to use her powers well.  What happens when 'wanderers' appear?  Or when their 'cores' are cut?
What if the bad guy isn't the right one?
