The story takes place after Jim's death, when they found out that Jim's dad is still alive, could Jim be alive too? Without Jim, Blinky is blaming himself for everything but it wasn't his fault, it was Tom's fault for Jim's death and we are going to make him pay for it, maybe Jim is still alive somewhere. Just maybe.
