When Susan & Arabella's mother marries Lord Cinders, they find their new, perfect stepsister Ethel has some horrible flaws. The worst, she refuses to consider them family and forces them to do all the house work in her father's absence at sea. Assuring the girl's mother cannot say a word to her husband by devious tactics. But what happens when the tables turn, will the persecuted become the persecutors and live up to their names as the evil step family? This is a twist on the classic Cinderella story, written in a style not so far off The Brother's Grim.
