When someone is born they get a timer embedded in their right wrist that counts down to the moment you meet your soul mate. They also get a tattoo on their left wrist, no other people will have the same exact tattoo except for you and you're soulmate.

When two soulmates first touch their tattoos glow and the clocks on their wrist disappear and get replaced with eachothers name.
