Rixx Royale is an ordinary girl; about as ordinary as any serial killer can be. Rixx Royale is known by the entirety of America, simply as 'The Royal'.
Everyone knows that she was the one involved in the infamous murderous slaughter of the richest family in the entire world, and that she did it well. Even the most experienced of killers could only have dreamed of what she'd accomplished. She was, quite simply, the most famous person in the world.

But her spree doesn't end with her biggest kill yet, she's moved lower. Her sights are poised, and she gets what she wants. She doesn't need a partner in crime, but the Secret Bureau of Criminals (SBC) has also heard about her accomplishments, and it has paired her with the most powerful head criminal, Ethan Veil.

The SBC has a secret weapon, time travel. Who would've ever thought that villains would be the ones to crack the code. The SBC has found that the most infamous businessman in America has files that are linked to the foreseeing of the destruction of the Earth itself.

They need the two head criminals to track him down, capture him, and hack into the files. The catch? If they don't succeed, in normal villainy fashion, they receive the penalty of death.
