One party changed her life forever. All because of a boy.

Claire Bryan's life was never perfect. Her mom had died years ago, her brother had just got arrested, her sister is ignoring college to go to parties, and her father is struggling with money. Now, starting high school, Claire's life just gets worse.

But then she meets Kyle. Cyberbullies back away, and finally Claire becomes... popular. Kyle takes her under his wing and protects her. He understands Claire's past. She's safe. Or that's what she thinks.

When one of the legendary high school parties comes around, Kyle asks her to go. Claire knows those parties are filled with smoking, alcohol, and trouble. But she goes anyways. And she later regrets that decision.
