Alexandra lives with her five brothers and her father in one house. She plays football in a girls team at her school, but she rather plays along with the boys. Her best friend, Eclaire, used to be her stepsister, but her mother and Alexandra's father already separated.
There's a big tournament on its way, but due to too few subscriptions, the girls teams throughout the country can't join the tournament. So Alexandra makes a rash decision and joins the boys team. Disguised as a boy. Of course, all the other boys in the team know, and they help her hide the fact that she is a girl.
And thus she helps her team gain victory after victory.
But what of one of the officials would find out about her real identity? Would they disqualify the whole team, or just her?
Also, her brother will leave on a voyage to Asia on a sixteenth century ship, but ends up missing after a storm. Is he still alive? Will he ever return?
