50 years ago, Earth collided with the planet NX21. The phenomenon was known as the Resurrection. However, no one was harmed. Not a single life was taken yet the world was a different place. Human beings with abilities or powers were emerged from mankind, exceeding human evolution. They were then called, Adapters. Some call it a blessing, and some call it a curse. The Adapters were being observed, tracked and research upon for the benefit of the world. That brings about Insignia Academy - a school for Adapters.
Among the Adapters exist another faction, an insurgency, going against Insignia Academy and causing harm to people with their abilities - They were dubbed, the Roamers. Either exiled from the Academy or choose to join the faction.
Yet mysteries and secrets linger within the academy.
Magnus Tybalt and Iris Evlyn are both Adapters enlisted into Insignia Academy. They each aim to be on the front lines, into the fray with the Roamers. Though aside from their own goals and dreams, they were caught up in the dark secret of the Academy. What is the Regalia? What are they fighting for? Who are they fighting for?
They will walk a path of riddles and hidden histories assured. Yet faced with no other choice but to move forward with their lives in the Academy. What IS Insignia Academy?
