It's 1914 and the alarm has just sounded for war. Those already trained are on their way out, including the newly qualified Army Medic, John Watson. Others however, didn't choose this. They were forced, or rather expected as the men of their families to dispatch and fight for their country. Among them, a politicians son, Sherlock Holmes. His life has been a battle but nothing like what he's to face among the trenches. To him, he has nothing to live for. Nothing to fight for, he's alone and that's what protects him, but can the ever warming friendship of a mere army doctor keep him from falling in the battles darkest days?
