Clara Potter spent her summer much like any other; curled up with a sketchbook and her new cat at Hogwarts, conversing with her extended family of professors and house-elves. That is until she is whisked off to the Order of the Pheonix when her brother Harry uses the Patronus charm against a rogue dementor in front of a muggle.  

The ministry has it out to get the Potter twins from day one of the new year, in the shape of a new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher dressed in pink. She has a strong hatred for the twins, especially Clara, who bears the full brunt of it. When the students a busted for learning real defensive magic behind the teachers back, Clara finds herself separated from her friends, including her brother, Harry.
And the only one who still trusts her happens to be Draco Malfoy.
