It all started on a hot day America and Russia were sitting in the same room, America sees Russia wearing his usual attire a pink scarf and trench coat. He then asks
"How are you still wearing your coat and scarf?"
Russia unzips his coat and takes off his scarf, revealing icepacks lined in them, America wants an Icepack from Russia so Russia pulls out a contract for America to sign.
