Meet Shay Matthews the girl that has nightmares sometimes because of her horrid past, one of the most awesome friend a girl could ever have, trust issues and mommy issues.
Shay has to tackle a new problem like every other day but with the help of her friends she's able to live another day just for the sake of it all.
Her story is not one of rainbows and unicorns but, one of sadness and absolute grief. The memories are morbid to her.
She's living because she has to not because she wants to. Her daily dose of Sunshine comes from no other than her best friend Miles Reed and the occasional laugh from her roommate; Jonah.
New obstacles meets our protagonist as the story continues as each chapter goes by something different is learnt or revealed about Shay. The main one being that at any moment the "She Beast" would be released.
