The Secret Reality of Astrid Snow

Brooks' books are starting to catch up to him. It seems as if after reading novels, he meets people that remind him of its characters. Brookes recently started senior year and once again, starts reading to push away the pain he's trying to forget. And that's when he meets Astrid Snow. Hair black as night, lips red as blood, skin white as snow, and eyes blue as the hottest flame. Brooks' heart is telling him that Astrid is a certain girl from a children's book, yet a girl he's slowly falling for.
