"Okay. I know that we're strangers, and I know this isn't the best situation, but I promise you that neither of us are going to hurt you. Will you be okay with us taking you back to our apartment until we can get a hold of someone you know who can take care of you?"

I watched him. He was earnest. And I honestly could have sworn I'd seen him somewhere before. My forehead wrinkled in concentration. And then I realised.

"You're the Dolan twins," I said, pulling the bloody shirt out of my mouth. "I've seen your videos," I realized, vaguely astounded.

I looked at Ethan. Then I looked at the driver. "So that makes you...Grayson."

Grayson smiled. "Yeah, that's us."

I shook my head. "Weird."

Ethan laughed. "So we're not complete strangers then. Does that make it okay for us to take you to the apartment?"
