YOKE
Its all a tug of war. Apart from survival, what drives us is the search for happiness, the pursuit of joy. This story is just that. A tug of war between two individuals, each believing that the other is their key to happiness in some way or form. However, in order to be happy, one must have their way. Like oxen they are yoked together, both wanting to go in different directions. ( Its not that deep.)
Bad Omens // Daniel Ricciardo

He was relentless in his search for her, stopping at nothing to find his twin sister. When he found her, however, she was different, a shell of the bubbly person she once was. Through the entire process, Max's best friend Daniel was by his side. Aiding in the search for Mia and eventually helping him try to return her back to her natural self. The only issue? He was catching feelings for the girl. The problem? She was Max's baby sister, totally off limits to anyone on the grid. Set in the 2020 Formula One Season (No Covid) .•° ✿ °•. GRIDLOCK - Lando Norris [BOOK 1 Gridlock Series]
I loved him, and there were times he loved me too. When the cameras were off and the lights were low, Lando Norris really did love me. I have to believe that otherwise what else do I have to hold on to? - Evelyn Verstappen was the younger sister of World Champion, Max Verstappen and widely known for it across the grid. Lando Norris was the biggest competitor and rival to defend the World Champion against winning another title and the Verstappen family hated him because of it. They deemed him cocky, unprofessional, a bad sportsman and a cheat and the topic of nearly every family dinner. Unfortunately, Evelyn felt very differently about Lando than the rest of her family. -------------------------- I watched you for so long that season. I watched you when I knew nobody else was looking and I watched you when I knew I'd be caught. But I couldn't help it. You were, in every aspect of the word, our rival. My brothers biggest competitor. My teams largest pain the arse. And there was a time there, a very short amount of time, that I thought I had you. I must of had you. Right? I didn't imagine it? The touches, the whispered words, the stolen glances. They happened. They were real? Weren't they? You said you loved me, and I believed you. But did you mean them for me? Or was it just a strategy to get ahead in the game? But I know I'm not crazy, I didn't imagine the feelings I felt, I didn't imagine the electricity. You loved me, even if only for a moment. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ALL EVENTS AND PEOPLE IN THIS STORY ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY AND I MEAN NO OFFENCE TO THE REAL MEMBERS OF THE VERSTAPPEN AND NORRIS FAMILY. THE CHARACTERS IN THIS STORY ARE COMPLETELY FICTIONAL AND THEIR ACTIONS AND PERSONALITIES ARE FOR NARRATIVE PURPOSES ONLY --------------------------- * sexual content * mature themes * course languageConcluida
Noah
"You can't rely on other people's kindness in this world. It don't exist." Normal people are like oblivious little ants, just working their way around, carry food, part of a bigger picture. People are so bland and mundane, each of them trying to be like the others. I suppose I'm no different- I'm trying to fit in too. However, a crippling obsession to avenge my only friend's death is getting in the way of that. If I want to get on with my life, I need to learn to come to terms with my past in a way that's less likely to get me killed.Concluida

A Simple Dream [Yuuri X Lui] - Yu-Gi-Oh Arc V / Beyblade Burst
A simple dream, and poouufff, I give you a fresh one shot ^^. And if you don't like this idea that I write... I think the door lady is waiting for you ^^! (Without being too vulgar). It's a story/one shot composed of a rather particular ship, and of course, very unreal. Two respective antagonists of their anime. I know very well that many will not approve the idea. But we are all free to write what we want, right? Maybe later, after the publication, I could think that it was a really bad idea, very bad. But right now, I don't have that view yet. So just enjoy the story if you're interested. Concluida
Pole position // Charles Leclerc
Mia Ricciardo, the younger sister of f1 all-star Daniel Ricciardo, secured a surprise job managing the f1 YouTube channel, when her own videos began to get a fast following. She didn't tell her brother until last minute, and for good reason. Daniel worries for Mia's trusting heart in the hands of one of the boys, knowing that they could crush it with their bare fingers. But his warnings cannot keep her from doing her job, and ultimately learning more and more about each racer in each team. Charles Leclerc has the looks, he has the humour, he has the pick-up lines, but does he have exactly what it takes to win Mia over and keep her close for the rest of the season? Or will past relationships and old Vendettas come back to ruin his forever relationship. - 'Mia, I want you to come, of course I do, but i do not trust you around any of these boys and you're gonna be working with all of them.' Daniel sighed, pulling me into a hug and ruffling up my hair. 'Why don't we start with, oh my, I'm so proud of you!' I rolled my eyes. 'Oh come on, you know how proud I am of you, I knew you'd get it the second I heard about the opening. But now I'm worried about you.' He said, opening the passenger side door for me and walking around to his own. 'I'm 24 years old, Daniel, I'm not a child anymore.' I said, softly. 'You're still my baby sister, and f1 drivers are arseholes.' He muttered. 'I know, I'm related to one.' He nudged me, starting the engine and putting on his seatbelt, looking over at me silently, giving me the parent look he did all too often nowadays. 'You're there to do your job. Please, just do your job. I'd hate to go all mean on someone.' 'You can't be mean.' I chuckled. 'If anyone was to hurt you, you bet I would.' He responded. - I DO NOT OWN ANY OF THE F1 DRIVERS OR NAMED PEOPLE IN THIS BOOK. ⚠️-may be some sexual scenes, sensitive subjects and bad language.
Siblings
[Completed] There's three of us. Triplets. We all have each other's backs. There's me, Maeve. The one with red eyes. People call me a murder. Satan. Evil. Anything really. All I cared about was not them. Certainly not them. Those people didn't matter to me. What mattered was my other two siblings. Everything I have ever done, was for them. Even if they don't realize it. Even if they think I was the big bad monster. To the world, I was a cold heartless monster but to my siblings? I was loving sister. I was there if one of them have a nightmare. I'm there for them. There's Damien. The oldest out of us. He's the one with white eyes. The one who people who also call Satan and evil and all of that bullshit. You ever wonder if those goddamn bullies got tired of bullying other people? I do. Not the point, stay focused Maeve. What was I saying? Oh right, Damien. He likes cars. Building, tearing them apart, spray painting them, anything about cars. Then there's Angel. Sweet, sweet Angel. She's the youngest out of the group. She has blue eyes, different from us. She's the lucky one, per say. The one who doesn't get bulled. She has the personality like a five year old but we love her to pieces. Me and Damien try to protect her against the evil's of the world. She shouldn't go through that like we did. At least she has a normal childhood, or some part of normal. We didn't have the best childhood growing up. Well, me and Damien didn't. Mother gave Angel the best childhood she ever wanted. Sometimes, only sometimes when she was drunk or whatever with her stupid boyfriend did she punish Angel. That was once every blue moon. She was convinced me and Damien had Satan in us. While Angel, well she thought that Angel was an angel from Heaven. Now, let me stop rambling. This story will be an emotional roller coaster. Especially since we get sent to live with our older half-brothers. Mentions of self-harm, abuse, rape, miscarriage, violence, cursing, suicide attempts.Concluida
