I was with Asa grabbing slurpee on the way back.I had pushed the machine handle to far back and we couldn't pull it back.
"Eliza, we jump to Headquarters."Asa said
" We don't know him.how do we trust him?"I whispered to Asa.
" But he knows the jumper race."He said
"Wait-You...you jump too?"I stuttered
" I'm a jumper too."he said.
" Okay. then.how do you jump?"I asked
"think of a place and then say jump."he said
I nodded and we jumped to headquarters.

'No, he didn't'. I was so shocked by the turn of events. Everything was going fine and then suddenly boom, everything turned upside down. I just couldn't believe this. What did he think of himself? 'Leave me alone.' I said firmly but his hold on me was so strong. I was struggling to get out of his bear hold but to no avail. 'Oh!! My relief didn't last though as she laughed coldly and looked at me with a half smile. Her laughter was beautiful, even though it sent shivers down my spine. It was the same with her eyes and smile. All of which showed me that she wasn't kidding. "Where did you get the necklace?" She asked. I froze, was that what that was all about? I didn't know! "I told you before, my dad left it to me, I swear." I said truthfully. She looked at me for a few seconds, thinking. I couldn't shake the feeling that everything about her was cold. "Well, even if you don't know anything, she'll come for you. And I will have the answers I want." She said with indifference before adding huskily in my ear. "And... I slip out of my corner and into the now empty hallway, shutting the doors behind me. I race as fast as I can away from that interrogation room and tears stream down my face. I've tried so hard to be good. I've tried so hard to fit in. What have I done to deserve this? Lost in thought, I can't look where I'm going. My face connects with a human-feeling thing. "Emma?" Tyler asks and states. I look up into his cold eyes. "You?" I push past him, slamming my shoulder on his. Pain spikes through me, but all I can think about is getting out of here. There are black dots in my vision. I hear yells and calls after me, but they are faded. I burst through the first door I find. A mob of people await me, but they aren't about to arrest me. Anna splashed the warm water on her face, running her hands over her wet skin in attempts to set herself straight. "It was just a thought" she told herself, just an odd thought. Why get do rattled? It was exactly like Dr Jefferson had said: it was late, she had a hard day, that kind of situation coupled with a horror movie.. It was just a thought. Wiping her face with the towel on the counter she let out a sight. Feeling a bit more refreshed now. However, as soon as she removed the towel and saw her reflection.. "Did you brush your teeth?" An older woman came up to the doorway of the small bathroom where she felt like she were standing on something besides the tile floor. She had short hair and a white coat. "Yes momma." A younger voice smiled, causing the mother to cross her arms, "Let me see." not convinced and going to check the toothbrush of the girl. "Ok fine! I'll brush my teeth.." Her response was quick and a little annoyed, probably to keep from getting caught in a lie. The woman stood in the doorway to watch. Short blonde hair just reaching her shoulders, and a pair of cyan eyes looked back in the mirror with a much younger face. Disappearing just as soon as it had happened. "Aahah!" With a yelp Anna stepped back dropping the towel in the process, as sheer terror made it's way through her. Light, dark, weavers, Outcasts. It's all new to Anna, if that even is her name. After waking up with a blank slate of a mind, she has to not only relearn the ways of the world but also her own powers and what exactly it means to be "souless". The Order of Kismet, the goddess of fate, where is her place here? And is what they're doing truly right? Remembering is risky but it's the only chance she sees.

"Did you just throw that at my head?" He asked in a scary calm tone. I gulped, "Maybe if you weren't such an asshole I wouldn't have." I spoke, my voice shaking as much as my body was. "I'm not an asshole!" He yelled at me as he stood to his feet, and in two long strides made his way over to me. He grabbed me by the arms and pushed his face inches away from mine. Wanting to push his buttons, I did the only thing I could think of. "Only an asshole would say that." I told him, my voice low. I was mad and I wanted to see what he would do. He held my arms down. I laughed in his face, "What are you gonna do? Hit me?" I pushed, I wanted to prove a point, I wanted to show him how much of a monster he truly is. He released his grip, "No. No I'm not." He stood up and walked towards the door, running his hands through his hair. I was surprised, but decided to push further, to see how far I could actually push him. "Why not? You've done it before." I pointed out, my confidence growing now that he didn't hit me for that. He leaned on the door frame, his back to me. "Because I can't do it!" He yelled, turning around to face me. He strode towards me, anger fuming off of him. I cowarded away from him, scared he was going to hit me again.
