All Winter Phillips wanted was to have friends ... be more social in high school ... all in all, to just be noticed. But, there was a problem with that ... she was probably THE most shy and reserved person you would ever meet, so it was practically impossible.

Soon, after realizing she only had one more year left in her school, Winter finally decided to do something about her shyness. That's where Mars Greene comes in ...

Mars Greene, is the very opposite of Winter. In fact, he's known as the class clown in all of his classes. And is well known to, pretty much, the entire student body as being the ultimate prankster and the funniest guy at Grayson High.

One day, after gathering up as much courage as she possibly could, Winter walks up to Mars, and asks him to help her out ... which, she soon regrets.

If only she knew the consequences of that decision beforehand. I mean, seriously, what person in their right mind would take lessons from a class clown?

"Is it still a no?" He asked, his voice was deep yet soft at the same time. "Hard and cold." "Oh, come on, Lou! Live a little. I can be your tour guide and show you around town. It'll be fun!" "And why not after school or in the weekend?" "Because there's no thrill to it. Please, Louisa." He asked again. I sighed. "What's in it for me, Liam?" He chuckled. "You get to spend time with me! Liam Gilbert, your tour guide, the guy you come to when you don't want to study!" "Let's make a deal," I smirked, "if I ditch with you then you have to study with me." He looked unsure and I knew he didn't want to. I shrugged. "Okay, I'll see you at home." He moaned. "Fine, but you have to ditch me right now." My face lit up like a Christmas tree and I was truly surprised. "Okay, let's go." * There are a few rules when it comes to ditching class. Rule number one: Don't tell anyone. The teachers, your siblings, your parents. Rule number two: If anybody asks where you were, always say you were sick and rule number three is to have fun. Louisa Shepard didn't know what she was getting into when she agreed to ditch school with Liam Gilbert, her host brother. She had the perfect attendance record, she studied in her spare time and she never missed a class a day in her life. Until she went to America in exchange and met Liam, the guy she could not get away from. Liam did not care about school. He ditched most days, slept in, never studied for anything and his attendance record wasn't exactly great. When Liam finds out that Louisa, the British good girl, was the perfect student, he wanted to have some fun. But, there comes a price. If Liam wanted Louisa to ditch school then he would have to study with her. Louisa had no idea what she was in for when ditching with Liam and some days, it goes further than just ditching class. Louisa and Liam are just going to have to go the distance if they want to keep up with each other. All Rights Reserved 2017 © Sarahxox_16
