Jake is Graces girlfriend they have been together for a while and they just came across a problem.
Grace is expecting and Jake has to figure out how he's gonna handle being a dad.
Jake is in a gang and he's trying to get out of it for his baby's sake but it's not that easy to get out of a gang. Especially that they live in Chicago in the biggest gang territory.
Jake has always been the bad boy. That was graces attraction but she never knew he came with this much baggage.
Jake lives with his aunt and his cousins because of his family issues he's had he lived a rough life and that makes Jake a little rough around the edges , graces favorite.
