The Order of the Silver Swan

Misha and Rose Gainsborough, 15 year old twin son and daughter of the French noble family of Noel, are living in London, England in 1876. Their father, the Earl of Gainsborough, is a very wealthy, and powerful, originally French man, who gained his Earl title through marrying their English mother, the Lady Magenta Gainsborough. Their parents, however, are part of a secret, and mysterious society called the Order of the Silver Swan. This order is used to keep certain people in power. Being members pf the organization causes the whole family to become intelligencers. Can Misha and Rose do what the order expects and become dangerous spies, or will they fail and expose the whole order?
