(Sequel to A Certain Powerful Omnitrix 4.) Ben has lost all his memories, the only thing he can now remember is his girlfriend Misaka Mikoto and the device on his wrist known as the Omnitirx. As Ben tries to adjust to a life where he is in an absolute complete blank about who he is, a sinister plot emerges. Somebody tries to force Mikoto into a level 6 shift through the use of an electrical virus that sends her on a destructive rampage. To solve this problem, Ben tries to siphon the virus out of her using the alien form he calls Feedback. However, as Ben will soon figure out...that's exactly what the researchers in Academy City want....
