A DreamMaker is someone who, through their dreams, can affect change upon reality.
Cason Andrews, having reached his sixteenth birthday, has begun to have startlingly real,but strange, dreams, leaving him drained come morning. Is that all he is able to do? Is dreammaking his only ability?
His best friend, Garrett McClure, is about to turn sixteen. Already capable of calming those around him, though unaware, he is about to find out he is capable of so much more.
Rachel Grayson is capable of flight. The night she turns sixteen, she believes she is dreaming...because humans can't fly, can they?
Or is she even fully human?
There are those out there who are strictly pro-human. They do not hold with those with abilities. Change is unacceptable; it's dangerous. These hunters seek the young ones just learning of their powers. They seek to destroy.
At the Naor Academy, the unreal meets reality. A place of enlightenment, it's dean works to create a safe haven for those who are powerful, and powerfully helpless. The world was once home to a diverse population...though smaller, the population still exists, in legends and as young people, struggling to discover who, and what, they really are.
The struggle has just begun.

"Sorry, Lahey, but I'm more of a cat person." Vera Pérez is no stranger to the supernatural. Growing up alongside the Hale family has kept her fairly well-informed about the creatures that lurk in the darkness. However, she didn't become one of those nighttime horrors until the end of her sophomore year- Derek had no choice but to turn her so she wouldn't die from her wounds after a kanima attack. He stared down at me as he said, "So you're trying to piss me off?" His lips were surprisingly close to mine. No guy would ever be this close to me in real life, let alone me being able to handle it; I would've been so timid and afraid. But this was the dream world. In this new era, secondary gender equality is already underway. There is no reason for someone to give up their dreams just because they are not alpha or beta. Like Babe who still fight for his dream to become a member of special forces. And, because of his dream, he also got to meet his mate or destined couple, Billy. Billy and Babe are type of people who don't believe about destined couple. They have the principle that a relationship should start because of their feelings, not because of their secondary gender. It's a normal thing now. The destined mates don't get together. They instead marry and have children with the one they truly love. Of course, after going through a special ritual to break the bond. Even so, Billy and Babe still got together. It's true when people say "One incident might change everything". They finally admit their feelings. But, that is not the end. Behind the clear sky, there are black clouds that are ready to send a storm. It's just the beginning of the real obstacle. Her past starts come back at her and hits her in her face. She faces the deaths of people close to her all because of the visions she has been having and the night mares that brings out the truth about everything. Will she be able to survive through everything that comes at her and will there be no hope left for Nicole Anderson. ....... Okay so the beginning of this story I wrote a long long time ago and it's not that great, it's very rushed but don't worry the more you read the better quality writing there will be as well as much longer chapters and things that make sense.
