Sebastian and Ciel Phantomhive are still together after Ciel gets turned to a demon. Everything goes as it always goes when Ciel starts to feel certain "feelings" towards his butler. He sends everyone away hoping that he can get to Sebastian and explain to him what is wrong with him. Sebastian is thrilled for he feels the exact same way for his young master.
