Sitka's Quay appears to be like every other coastal tourist town on Highway 101, but lurking below its southern grove of ancient spruce are three sleeping primordial gods. The Keeper, Dayla Fischer, must remain in control of her magical abilities or fall into sickening madness, but lives a relatively quiet life with her husband, Oliver, their cat, and garden gnome roommates.

That is, until the delusional, but charming Jonah Leifson comes to town with a plan to awaken the Three in order to save humanity from itself. Soon, children begin disappearing. With powerful suggestion spells and mind reading abilities, Jonah wins over her neighbors, other sorcerers, meth users, the police, and eventually even her husband. Though no one believes her and she doubts her own sanity, she must stop Jonah-before he wakes the Three and brings about the end of the world.

Three years after overcoming a devastating car accident, Todd wakes from what he thinks is a terrible dream to see his mother embrace his motionless body below, realizing he has died. To ease his transition into Heaven, he tells stories about the unconditional love of his mother, family, and friends to all the other little angels. One little angel, Haley, knew no such love during her short years on earth. She is enchanted by the goodness of Todd's family and decides to visit his mother on earth. Mesmerized by her daring adventure and happiness, all the other angels decide to follow her-leaving Heaven and finding families on earth who will also love them unconditionally. The sudden appearance of so many little children on earth in search of families, causes quite the stir in the small town of Woodridge Lake. As news reports go viral across the Nation, many undeserving parents recognize their deceased child, which leads to chaos, confusion, and fear. Todd is joined by an Elder, the Scribe, who is the keeper of all people and events on Earth. They need to gather all the little angels from earth and return them to Heaven before the news reporters discover the truth. And he must do it without being seen by his mother. Haley is the first one to convince. Meanwhile, on Earth, Alice (Todd's mother) has the daunting task of learning how to live without a part of her heart. Told from alternating POV (Todd and Alice) we follow their journey as they both travel into a new tomorrow neither of them expected to ever be so soon.

Niccola is a demi-queen undercover in enemy territory. Her little sister went missing seven moons ago, but one lead remains: a picture of a woman's face, drawn by a diviner shortly after the disappearance. Tracking her down has led Niccola to Calis, the realm next door whose border with her own remains closed for a reason. There, the trail goes cold. Until, that is, Niccola runs into a man in the marketplace who bears a family resemblance to the woman she seeks. His name is Isaiah, crown prince of Calis, and he's investigating disappearances, too. They join forces, faking courtship to sneak Niccola into the palace and get Isaiah's wedding-minded mother off his back. It doesn't take long to suspect that a common threat might underpin both their realms' problems. And as Niccola begins to develop real feelings for Isaiah, she's faced with an impossible choice: reveal her secrets and risk breaking his trust, or leave him in order to chase down the woman who stole her sister... a woman whose forbidden magic comes with a cost that could bring both realms to ruin. ❖❖❖ Complete and fully edited. Into the Mysts

9 parts Ongoing

Coura thought she needed a new start after a rough breakup with her boyfriend. Leaving her job at the gallery, she interviews for a job in a very remote part of the mountains as an art teacher. The town, named Myst because it is always surrounded by thick fog, is a quaint town, looking like it stepped out of some perfect postcard. But as she goes about her job, she finds there is something not quite right with Myst. It doesn't help that the local librarian is both attractive and weirdly dismissive. Coura wants to just to her job and figure out her next steps, but what if Myst, and its secrets, are more dangerous than she knows?
