In the woods of Montana, lies a small town called Westburgh-Springs. Westburgh is a perfect community where no one is ever out of line. They all dress the same, act the same, and work at almost the same places day in and day out. It's a perfect place to grow up for almost anyone. The only catch is you choose your forever partner at the age of 19 and publically announce it. This isn't a big deal for most civilians, except Holly DeCarapa. Holly and her neighbors, Hugo and Rebecca are all turning 19 and must decide upon their match immediately. Holly's fallen in love with someone and that person with her. The thing is that that person is Rebecca and if they publicly announce it, they'd be banished for breaking the rules of normality in Westburgh.
