Benji and Layla were childhood friends known for Hercules, 80's music, and potato salad and Nutter Butters. They had been inseparable since kindergarten. That all changes one day at their 8th grade graduation, where Benji drops the bomb that he is moving, THAT DAY!

Three years go by and Benji and Layla live separate lives, the thought of each other at the back of one another's mind. That is until 2 months into junior year.

Benji Carpeneter is back and is as arrogant and cocky as ever. Layla hears that her old bestie is back, and is in for a whirlwind of crazy events.

Can Benji and Layla find the unique friendship they once had? Will it result into something more? Or will the new Benji wreck it all?
