Shizuo Heiwajima met Izaya Orihara a litle over a year ago. As soon as he met him, he knew he was trouble, but despite that, he can't seem to stay away from him. While having to deal with school and personal problems, he took on the task of befriending his once enemy. (I wrote a better summary but something happened with my computer and I lost it so you get this junk.)
