First Scarlet is taken into a some sort of interrogation room and then after she agrees to go to an orphanage she discovers this is no ordinary orphanage it's also a school. A school that teaches it's students how to control their powers but when the students graduate they're supposed to get adopted and be able to fit into society... And be able to accomplish every mission that is thrown at them.
