Natasha, a plain girl living in England in 1983, dreams of one day being a famous ballerina. She is given the chance to dance at a concert at the Capitol but is told that she can’t. She must give up dancing and settle down. To be a proper lady. Not wanting a family life, she runs away to perform. A ballet company takes her in and she slowly becomes a star. As she makes her journey to the top, she befriends Roger. He supports and helps her through the struggles of making one’s dream come true. Over time, they fall in love and Natasha must make a choice. She must choose between the two loves of her life, Roger and Ballet.
