Bullet in my heart

After Russia dropped one of its biggest nuclear bombs causing an infection to spread in the United States, two boys meet by pure chance in the post apocalyptic wasteland that was once their home.

One left to fend for himself in infected streets, the other the co-leader of a group of civilians fighting to survive.
