Waking up in a car in the middle of nowhere with  your best friend covered in blood in the front seat, and a Bullet-hole in your torso, is not the kind of wake-up call Jake English had been expecting on his birthday. To top off the icing on the crap cake that he's been dealt, he has no idea how to get back home, or even why these mysterious guys seem to be chasing him. With only his best friend beside him, Jake must find a way to get back home without wreaking too much havoc, and making sure to keep all those pesky action cliches to himself.  Oh,  and did I mention the Zombies?
