A small cruise ship, guiding a tour of the Great Barrier Reef, suddenly is swept into a sudden hurricane. When the storm subsides, the ship badly damaged, the crew and its 10 passengers find themselves 182 million years in the past, during the early Jurassic.

Aboard the cruise ship is an man named Thomas Lancaster, a 28 year old archaeologist, who has studied the Mesozoic Era his whole life, more specifically the supercontinent Pangaea.

Follow Thomas in his journey of survival as he, along with the 19 passengers and crew, as they take on a world unknown to most science and find a way back to the 21 century.
