A military dog named Dodger is found hating the world after his partner gets killed in action. He refuses to work with anyone else and is scheduled for euthanasia. However an unexpected guest shows up and gives him another shot.  Captain Steve Rogers has never had a dog and when he went in ice the only soldiers were human. Will the two click or will their hearts forever remain separate.
