The worst part about the entire being sold off thing- the Reaping. Two months of grooming for our auction to the wealthy princes of the supernatural world. We are taught to dress, read, write, act, and live like anyone that belongs in the Bloodlands. But we are human. Most of us die, and whoever is left... Whoever is left likely doesn't have a very long life span, either.

Follow the adventures of Clarissa Sheaves as she is thrown into the world of the Bloodland Reaping, and realizes what it means to truly fight for what you believe in.

Trust me when I say the death was truly a kindness, because anyone who survived the awakening, would beg for death. I was positive that my suffering would come to an end when I turned eighteen. I was hoping and praying to be marked as a feeder, nothing more, nothing less. Death was the only way out of this world. You see, all of the kings who ruled over the earth were cruel and calculating.
