In the year 2115, war has broken out and towns are destroyed. What would life be like for a young girl trying to survive while she's on the run for her life. Who is going to save her and her family.

In a small town known as The Southside, a girl named Rose Smith seeks out to find her family and end the war. She will go on a journey with her best friend, Dawn Fischer. 

Rose is a 27 year old sniper who lives in the Culdesac of the Southside. She lives alone and works alone until she wants to save her family. Dawn is her best friend and also an inventor. She loves to invent things from making a stove to a rifle. Rose and Dawn grew up together at Fort Shad. America has grown greedy and wants more land, but The People's Republic of Tidewater won't just give their land away without a fight, but they made a huge mistake to go to war with America. A small army won't save the Southside now.
