Well, the whole world except for his childhood best friend, of course. When John had left to become a superstar, he left Alexander Hamilton behind. They had lost contact after a couple years as John got sucked up into the world of being famous. So what happens when John, the singer devoted to his music, visits Alex, the scorned man who no longer enjoys his company, after ten years? ~.~ This story is inspired by Anthony Ramos's album, The Good and The Bad, and each title uses the song titles. (This book was written before the news of the breakup, and I was too far to turn back and change the story) I do NOT own the characters in this story, they all belong to history and Lin Manuel Miranda's musical, Hamilton. Alex is the adopted Prince under George Washington and their kingdom is poor but pushing through together. Right under that kingdom, John is next in line for king, though he still has a lot to learn from his father, Henry, who wants him to take the throne, but refuses to tell him anything about how their people are faring. Both are ready for something new. Both are ready to start their own legacy. When these two meet, something new starts in each of them... Yet a war looms in the horizon... One has a past we all know while the other hides some painful memories that may change the course of some actions. ~~~ Warnings: one borderline mature scene(nothing graphic), abuse, some slurs, trauma, depressive thoughts.
