Darker than Ice

In a world where everyone has gray and white hair, Coral stands apart from the crowd.
Having black hair from birth she was shunned. But, when she was seven she met a boy named Nickolas. They became fast friends. But then she had to leave. They were coming for her.

White. All I see is white. Everywhere. No color but white. I'm the exception.
I've been running all my life from Them. They are scientists who want to test me for my reasons on earth.
It was said in the Prophecies that there would be one different than the rest.
They think I'm that person.
It's true. I'm different than the rest. My raven black hair. My colorful cheeks, my muscular build. I even have control over fire and i can speak to animals.
The other people here have white and gray hair, pale, long faces, slender bodies, and control only ice.
I'm running north. North because I had once spoken to my friend about meeting there once we were older.
That's when she meets the Ice King.
